SENIOR CRICKET TRANSFER FORMS

At the request of several clubs I will now be accepting automated transfer forms, to save the need for postage and make the process more convienient. Please follow the process below so forms can still be verified and stored. Please ensure ONLY the Microsoft Word Document version is used.

Step 1

The players intended NEW CLUB should download a copy of the YCB Transfer Form 2010 from the League documents section of the website.

Step 2

Complete ALL the details on the form. Insert names in place of signitures.

Step 3

The completed form should then be emailed AS A "WORD DOC" ATTACHMENT to the players existing club secretary.

Step 4

If acceptable the players existing club should then forward the email including the attachment to khutchinson@talk21.com, once received registration confirmation will be issued.

As a reminder no player is eligible to play until Registration Confirmation has been received.
