Dear Junior Secretary,
First of all I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the Junior Sub Committee, to thank you all for your hard work during the 2009 season.
Next season there will again only be 1 division comprising 14 teams in each age group.
However clubs wishing to enter a team at Under 13s, 15s or 17s in the 2010 season do not have to enter a team in the cup competition.
Please indicate in the final column if you wish to take part or not, in the cup competition at the age group you have entered.
The information from clubs regarding which age groups they wish to enter, should be returned to me no later than 10pm on Friday the 20th November 2009.
It will be assumed that clubs who do not return the form to me by 20th November, do not wish to enter a team in any of the junior age groups next year.
I would again ask that every club considers the following 4 rules very carefully before committing to entering a team in any age group.
• A club entering a side within any age group and then withdrawing that side from that competition before the end of the season, shall be fined the sum of £50.
• Any club failing to fulfil a fixture shall be fined the sum of £25 and the match awarded to their opponents, unless a satisfactory explanation meets with the acceptance of the junior committee.
After considering all of the above, please complete the entry form which is available in League documents and email to tabbyryder@aol.com no later than the 20th November 2009.
